To upload a contribution you must FIRST LOGIN.
If you do not have aa account, you must create one here Filing Contact Data
and define your Username (=email) & Password.
This might also be helpful if you get a repeated or unknown ERROR during login.

This might be due to 1. a wrong password, then make “Forgot your password?” or 2. an incomplete profile. Then the best is to email info@i-meep.com, so we can check it and help you to login. Do not create a new profile with the same username/email, that leads to similar profiles and confusion with the permissions.
