*The fees are for a 2¼-day event. If additional sessions (and thus the reserve day) are needed due to many contributions, the fees will be adjusted. All fees include the 8,1% VAT where applicable. Discounts are offered for group registrations of 3 or more. For further information please contact us at info@iMEEP.com. One Swiss Franc (“CHF“) is valued at about 1.06 EURO, 1.17 US Dollar, 171 YEN, 8.4 CNY (Aug 2024, www.i-MEEP.com/Currency).

Physical fees include access to the MEEP symposium and EFCF exhibition, plus all advantages of the virtual access as well as business lunches,  refreshments, and a welcome reception. The exclusive evening networking events on Wednesday ("Swiss Surprise Night") and Thursday (the unique and popular "Dinner on the Lake") are not included in the fee, but can be booked during the online registration (CHF 135 pp for each event).

Virtual access includes virtual, live and on-demand access, as well as access to the virtual community rooms (during) and the member zone (after the conference), proceedings (PoC, PEY) of MEEP 2025 and earlier, rebate on EFCF conference fee, MEEP membership with all additional services & discounts until the next symposium (worth 470 CHF, 270 CHF for students) & post conference access to all on-demand streams of MEEP 2025 and, where available, presentations, member contacts, books of abstracts and proceedings back to 2019.
